As licensed real estate agents, we can issue valuation certificates to you who, for example, need documentation for your bank or when your company owns the property/home you rent and live in. We prepare written documentation regarding market rent levels; please contact us for more information.

Advertising photography of your home:

Do you need help photographing your home for advertising? Don't worry, we can help you. When photographing your home for advertising, one of our skilled employees will come out and take pictures to make your home and advertisement as attractive as possible.

Coordination of cleaning, moving furniture, storage, garage spaces within/outside of customs, etc. Do you lack the time to book and coordinate cleaning during the rental period or when moving out; are you having trouble finding a good moving company? Is there a need for a garage space? Save time and let us do the heavy lifting so you can focus on other things.

Area orientation: How do you choose a house or apartment if you don't know anything about the different areas in Stockholm; perhaps you don't need accommodation until 6 months after your visit and therefore only want to get a feel for the market, visit schools, etc. Then a guided tour of half or full day may be suitable where we arrange comfortable transport.
